NoNameOS is freely available in both its source code and binary formats.
The source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License. In order to compile and run the code you will need to set up the required open source tool chain as described in the included documentation.
The binary format is distributed as a bootable floppy disk image which may be run on an x86 computer by directly booting the disk image or through an appropriate emulator such as Bochs, QEMU or a virtualization product such as VMWare. Details of which are described in the included documentation.
